Online Orders, Delivery and Store Pickup
The options available during checkout are determined according to the postal code provided.
If your address is located within our delivery area, you will be able to choose home delivery, complete your payment online, and receive your order at the address provided.
You can also choose store pickup:
- Store pickup with online payment: you place and pay for your order online, then pick it up at the store.
- Store pickup with payment at the store: you reserve your products and complete payment directly at the store when you pick up your order.
Store pickup is available at both of our locations. However, product availability may vary from one store to another.
- For pickup at our Rosemont store on Masson Street, we recommend confirming the availability of the products you need before your visit, especially for items that may require a transfer between stores.
If no delivery option is available for your address, you can still choose store pickup.
If you would still like to have your order delivered, please contact us so we can evaluate whether we can serve your area and determine the applicable fees based on your address and the products ordered.

Product Availability and Store Selection
The inventory displayed on our online store corresponds to the inventory of our Longueuil store, where quantities are synchronized with our website.
Orders selected for pickup in Longueuil can therefore be prepared directly from this inventory.
For pickup at our Rosemont store, please note that its inventory is not synchronized with our website. Some products displayed online may only be available at Longueuil and may require a transfer to Rosemont before your visit.
Customers from Rosemont and other delivery areas can still order products displayed online for delivery, according to the options available during checkout.
Despite our efforts to keep inventory up to date, a product may occasionally become temporarily unavailable. Our team will contact you in this situation to offer an appropriate solution.
